John Zelenak, president and CEO of Aspen Construction has been building homes for 25 years now in Middle Tennessee.

 

12 years ago John broke away from larger home builders to focus on quality custom homes and started his company, Aspen Construction. John first created his niche with high-end builds in Brentwood and continue to do so today.

Rachel Tate

Interior Designer

Rachel started work as a design intern for a local boutique residential designer while she was attending design school full-time, and ultimately ended making her way into Aspen Construction as the Principal Interior Designer. 

 

She has been passionate about design since childhood and absolutely loves working in the residential realm of design. It is very meaningful to her to create beautiful and functional spaces that resound with Aspen's clients. It is incredible to contribute even the tiniest impact on people’s lives as a home means everything to those that dwell inside.
