About

Self-taught and driven by a lifelong passion for home design, John serves as both builder and plan designer on many of his projects, a combination that allows him to shape homes that are as livable as they are beautiful, while keeping efficient building practices in mind from the first sketch. He first built his niche with high-end custom homes in Brentwood, and that focus on Brentwood's most discerning homeowners remains at the heart of what he does today.

John's commitment to craftsmanship has earned him some of the industry's highest honors, including Best of Show at the 2012 Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee Parade of Homes, along with recognition for Most Livable home and Best Floor Plan in the same competition. "Our focus is on building luxury homes that are livable," John says of the philosophy that guides every project he takes on.

Outside of work, John is an avid golfer, a fan of racing, and loves traveling with his family whenever he gets the chance. Above all, he's known as a devoted family man and a loyal friend, and that same care shows up in every home he builds.
