John Zelenak, President and CEO of Aspen Construction, brings more than 25 years of homebuilding experience in Middle Tennessee.
He founded Aspen Construction with a vision to step away from large-scale homebuilding and focus on quality, craftsmanship, and a more personalized approach to custom homes.
Aspen Construction established its reputation through high-end custom homes in Brentwood and continues to build distinctive homes throughout Middle Tennessee today.
