Parade of Homes 2025

Parade 2025 Exterior Front-0831-2.jpg

Step into our home where timeless elegance and modern design harmoniously coexist. Inspired by European influences, this residence weaves vintage charm with a fresh, transitional aesthetic—creating a sophisticated yet approachable living experience.

Traditional and elegant design elements are laced throughout, honoring the past while embracing the present. A modern interpretation of the classic checkered floor tile—one of today’s most sought-after features—grounds the design in relevance and style. Curved and fluted vanities in the primary bath add sculptural interest, complemented by a stunning wisteria mosaic tile shower that evokes refined, floral beauty.

One of the showstopping moments is found in the stairwell, where textured limestone walls create a dramatic backdrop for floating wine storage—an unexpected and artful blend of function and form, while a floating staircase creates a captivating centerpiece of the home.

From graceful curves and floral motifs to thoughtful material selections and modern details, this home is a true celebration of balance: where vintage meets now, and tradition inspires tomorrow.
